2) What data we collect

• Contact & account data: name, email, phone, company, messages you send us (e.g., contact forms or support).
• Usage & device data: IP address, timestamps, pages viewed, referrer URL, approximate location, device/OS/browser info, log files.
• Cookies & similar tech: identifiers used for essential site functions and (with your consent) analytics/advertising. See Cookie Policy.
• Transaction data (if any): billing details, payment status (processed via our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers).

We do not intentionally collect special category data.

Where we rely on legitimate interests, we balance them against your rights and expectations.

4) Cookies & similar technologies

We use essential cookies for the site to work. All other cookies (analytics/ads) are used only with your prior consent, which you can give, refuse, or withdraw at any time via our Cookie banner or Cookie Settings link in the footer.

5) Who receives your data

We share data with service providers acting as processors under contracts that require confidentiality and security, e.g.: hosting & infrastructure, content delivery, email/SMS providers, CRM/helpdesk tools, analytics/advertising vendors (only if you consent), security/anti-fraud tools, and professional advisers (lawyers/accountants).

We may also share where required by law or for mergers/restructuring (we’ll notify you where legally required). We do not sell personal data.

6) International transfers

If data is transferred outside the EEA/UK (e.g., to providers in the U.S.), we ensure appropriate safeguards, such as adequacy decisions and/or Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) plus supplementary measures. Vendor-specific transfer details are in the Cookie Policy or available on request.

7) Retention

We keep personal data only as long as necessary for each purpose or as required by law. Typical periods:

• server logs: 90 days;
• contact/support records: 24 months after last interaction;
• marketing data: until you opt out; minimal suppression record kept to honour your opt-out;
• analytics data: 14 months.

If legal claims arise, we may retain relevant data until they are resolved.

8) Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, object (including to direct marketing), and data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time (withdrawal does not affect prior processing). 

We respond within one month (extendable once by two months for complex requests).

9) Children

Our Service is not directed to children. In Slovenia, a child can consent to online services from age 15; below that, consent must come from a parent/guardian. If we learn we have collected data from a child contrary to this rule, we will delete it. 

10) Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures (e.g., encryption in transit, access controls, least-privilege, backups, logging). No method is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

11) Changes to this policy

We will post updates here and, if changes are material, we will notify you by email or in-product notice before they take effect.
