These terms apply to the PhotoBuzz prize draw run by Ocean at icnc26. By ticking the entry box on the entry form you accept them.
Entry is free, and having your photograph taken at the Ocean booth does not require you to enter the draw. Agreeing to receive marketing from Ocean is a separate, optional tick box and refusing it does not affect your entry or your chance of winning.

The promotion is called PhotoBuzz and runs at icnc26, Berlin Tempelhof, from 1 to 3 September 2026. Ocean runs it independently. It is not organised, sponsored, endorsed or administered by the icnc26 organisers, by FUJIFILM Corporation, or by any other party.
Entry is free and no purchase is required. Having an instant photograph taken at the Ocean booth is not a condition of entering, and entering is not a condition of having a photograph taken or of keeping the print.
Complete the entry form at the Ocean booth, or on your own device using the QR code displayed there, giving your name, company, work email address and role, and ticking the entry box.
Entry opens at 09:00 CEST on Tuesday 1 September 2026 and closes at 16:30 CEST on Wednesday 2 September 2026. Entries received after the closing time are not included in the draw, whatever the reason for the delay.
One (1) Fujifilm Instax Wide 400 instant camera, new and in sealed retail packaging. Retail value EUR 149.95, excluding shipping. There is one prize and one winner.
Instant film is included only if it forms part of the manufacturer's retail packaging. The prize is not transferable, cannot be exchanged, and there is no cash alternative. If the prize becomes unavailable for reasons outside our control, we may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
The winner is selected at random from all valid entries received before the closing time. The draw takes place at 17:00 CEST on Wednesday 2 September 2026 at Ocean's booth at icnc26, and is conducted by a member of Ocean staff who is not an entrant. We record the draw method and keep that record. The draw is final and no correspondence will be entered into about the selection.
The result is announced at Ocean's booth immediately after the draw. You do not need to be present to win.
If the winner is not present, we contact them by email at the address given on their entry within two working days. The prize can be collected from Ocean's booth until the show closes on Thursday 3 September 2026, or we will send it at our cost to an address in the EU or EEA.
The winner must respond to claim the prize within 14 days of the date we send the notification. If they do not, or if the contact details given are wrong or incomplete, we may draw a replacement winner from the remaining valid entries.
We will not publish the winner's name, company, photograph or any other identifying detail without asking them separately and getting their agreement.
The winner has nothing to pay. Slovenian law treats a prize of this value as taxable income and requires Ocean, as the party awarding it, to calculate and settle the withholding tax due. Ocean pays that tax, so the winner receives the camera with nothing further owed in respect of the prize in Slovenia.
The value of the prize may still form part of the winner's own income assessment in their country of residence. Anything arising there is the winner's own matter.

What we collect. Your name, company, work email address, role, the consents you gave and the time you entered.
Why, and on what basis. To administer this draw and to contact you if you win. The legal basis is your consent, Article 6(1)(a) GDPR, given by ticking the entry box.
Where it is stored. In Ocean's customer relationship management system, provided by HubSpot as our processor. Any transfer of your data outside the EEA takes place under the safeguards in our agreement with that provider.
How long we keep it. Entry data is deleted within 90 days of the draw. If you also ticked the separate, optional marketing box, we keep your contact details for marketing until you withdraw that consent.
Your rights. You may ask for access to your data, correction, erasure, restriction of processing, or a copy in portable form, and you may object to processing. You may withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawing it before the draw removes your entry; withdrawing it after the draw does not affect the validity of a draw already made.
Contact and complaints. Write to hello@oceanevcharging.com. You also have the right to complain to the Slovenian Information Commissioner (Informacijski pooblaščenec) or to the supervisory authority where you live or work.
Marketing is separate. Marketing consent is a distinct, optional tick box. You can enter the draw without it, and declining it has no effect on your entry.
The instant photograph taken at the Ocean booth is given to you unconditionally and is yours to keep. We may also take a digital copy of the same shot for Ocean's own channels and event materials. Signage at the photo point explains this, and you can ask us not to take the digital copy, or to delete it afterwards, at any point. Declining has no effect on your draw entry.
If circumstances outside our reasonable control make it necessary, including cancellation, closure or disruption of icnc26, we may amend these terms or suspend or withdraw the promotion. Where we can reasonably do so, we will tell entrants. We will not do this to avoid awarding a prize that has been properly won.
We may reject an entry or disqualify an entrant who gives false or misleading information, enters more than once, interferes with the operation of the promotion, or breaches these terms.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited under applicable law. Beyond that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and the prize carries only the manufacturer's own warranty. We are not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed or corrupted in transmission and never reach us.
These terms are governed by the law of Slovenia and the courts of Ljubljana have jurisdiction. If you enter as a consumer, this does not affect any mandatory consumer protection rights you have under the law of the country where you live.
